*1st transnational meeting in Italy will be held on 23-26 May 2022 with one teacher from each partner physically and one teacher online + 20 students from each partner school online.The partners will get to know each other; icebreaking activities will be implemented for the students;English Language Education and Spoken English Language System in the partner organizations and countries will be exchanged. A short workshop will be held on how to use Twinspace. The workprogramme will be reviewed and updated. The products from the 1st meeting will be uploaded. The pre assessment tests will be given and the results will be shared.

August 2022*Students will shoot an introduction video using any web2 tools and upload them to twinspace.
September 2022*Students will work in local group on Multilingualism Day and share their works on twinspace and other dissemination platforms
*There will be a forum page for the students to leave comments on Multilingualism Day.
*2nd transnational meeting in Turkey will be held in September with the participation of two teachers from each partner. The teachers will be trained on CEFR by the Irish partner; the teachers will create a common assessment test of Spoken competences; the teachers will be trained on how to create,manage and assess pair work activities that can be run asynchronously and interactively. The teachers will work in groups and have a workshop on creating 12 pair work activities in total.
*CATSE will be implemented and the spoken English competence of the students will be determined and reported(1st testing)

December 2022*The students will be assigned with the pair work activities that will have been prepared the teachers in the 2nd meeting. The process will last for 3 months with different pairs in each month.
*The implementation period will be discussed in the 2nd meeting in Turkey.
*The pairs that will be matched will be announced on twinspace.
*The mentor teachers will be announced on twinspace
*The founder is going to start a forum topic for the students to leave their ideas and comments or problems.
*The pairs can communicate their mentor teacher via twinmail or the way they will negotiate.
January 2023*CATSE will be implemented and the spoken English competence of the students will be determined and reported (2nd testing)
*Students’ self reflection videos and notes on the pair work activity implementation and sharing them with their school mates
*3rd transnational meeting will be held in France with the participation of 2 teachers from each partner. The teachers will be trained on how to create,manage and assess group work activities that can be run asynchronously and interactively. The teachers will work in groups and have a workshop on creating 12 group work activities in total.

June 2023*4th transnational meeting will be held in Ireland with the participation of one teacher physically from each partner organization and one teacher online . The students will be online for farewell activities as well.The process will be discussed and the project outcomes will be reached the final form. The students will manage the farewell activities that they will have prepared before. Post assessment tests will be implemented and reported.
*The school partners will apply for National Quality Label.
*The application conditions and process for European Language Label will be searched and the application will be done.
